International law firm DAC Beachcroft is pleased to announce that partner Vladimir Rostan d'Ancezune has been reappointed as Location Head of its Paris office, continuing in the leadership role he has held since the firm launched in France in 2019.
Vladimir advises a broad range of insurance companies and major insureds on policy coverage, litigation, tour operator liability, energy matters and insurance intermediation. He also brings significant experience in international and cross‑border work, including global insurance programmes and litigation in both Anglo‑Saxon and Latin American jurisdictions.
Under Vladimir's leadership, DACB's Paris office has experienced exceptional growth both in size and reputation over the past seven years. The office now comprises 40 colleagues, including five partners, and moved to larger premises in Washington Plaza last year. The team specialises in global and domestic insurance and industrial risks and welcomed partners Laura Dubois and Béatrice Fleuris in 2025, further expanding DACB's global Transport offering in aviation, marine and land transport.
Commenting on his reappointment, Vladimir said, "I am honoured to continue leading our Paris office through this next term. Our team has developed remarkable depth and capability, and we have earned the trust of clients both in France and internationally. I look forward to building on this momentum and further expanding our position in the insurance, shipping, international trade and commodities markets in Europe and globally."
Senior Partner Virginia Clegg added, "Vladimir has been instrumental in shaping the growth and reputation of our Paris office. His strategic insight and commitment to excellence have enabled the team to establish a strong presence in a highly competitive market. I am delighted he will continue in this role, and I am confident the office will reach even greater heights under his ongoing leadership."
