Education

We provide clients across the education sector with bespoke real estate solutions. Our education specialists take a distinctly solution and results-focused approach. We deliver high-quality advice in customised and creative ways, applying our deep understanding of how the education sector works, to every matter.

Overview

Our purpose is to help our clients succeed. We understand that creating a sustainable built environment is a key priority for any educational establishment.

We want to help you develop facilities that attract students regionally, nationally and internationally, that support physical and virtual learning, the well-being of your students and benefit the wider local community.

Our work ranges from advising on real estate acquisition, funding strategic development and construction of new campuses; for new schools, lecture halls, specialist research areas and student accommodation.

We stand out for our firm-wide, multidisciplinary education sector expertise. With one of the largest, specialist real estate teams in the country, our education sector experts are drawn from this as well as from across our commercial, regulatory and litigation teams.
