As of January 2025, DAC Beachcroft (DACB) has expanded its international reach to the United States with the opening of an office in New York. Our new US team bring together highly skilled insurance-focused teams from two leading US law firms, including four experienced partners and over 25 talented lawyers and staff. Our US expansion strengthens our ability to provide expert legal services across the globe, particularly in the insurance sector. With a rich history of advising global and US insurers, we are now even better positioned to support our clients’ needs across key markets

Joining from a leading US law firm, Lawrence Klein and Gilbert Lee are renowned specialists in insurance coverage, bringing extensive experience in resolving complex coverage issues. They represent clients in disputes across both state and federal courts, and before arbitration panels.

George Vogrin and Mike Frimet, joining from a respected insurance boutique, specialise in coverage and reinsurance matters, with a particular focus on general liability, entertainment, contingency, accident and health, and property. Their longstanding expertise includes advising global insurers and the London Insurance Market on both admitted and excess & surplus lines products.
