Developments are becoming more mixed use; elements of portfolios are being repurposed and lease structures are changing to be more responsive and adaptable, as well as complying with net zero carbon regulations.

Overview

Our approach is distinctly flexible, creative and collaborative, drawing together deep sector experience with an understanding of general consumer behavioural trends and individual customer preferences.

Our lawyers are focused on your success, helping you make an informed response to new opportunities and approaches.

Our specialist retail real estate experts support developers, owners, local authorities, funds and institutional investors, as well as managers of retail destinations in the public and private sector, with a complete range of retail-related real estate matters.

We stand out for our firm-wide, multidisciplinary retail sector expertise. We see asset management as a specialist pursuit and are involved in the biggest destination shopping centres in the country. This, together with our planning, transaction, banking, commercial and litigation specialists, gives us the breadth and depth to simultaneously deliver business as usual and special projects. Corporate, commercial and regulatory lawyers are an integral part of the team, coming together to deliver a seamless and efficient service.
