Featured experience
- We are instructed by specialist London developers on investment and asset management matters on a number of their estates with a market value in excess of £500m.
- We have acted for a Middle Eastern investor on its UK property portfolio for over 25 years. We have dealt with primarily office investments with a total transaction value in excess of £1.5BN. We have also handled all the financing, leasing and other work in relation to these properties.
- Advising a major government department on a number of their new regional office hubs including one in the North of England for 9000 personnel, which will be its largest regional base.
- Defending our client in relation to a £2m dilapidations claim, relating to its exit from a bespoke site following the termination of a short term lease. The lease was unusually high value, despite its short term nature.
- Providing asset management services to a provider of pathology services for the veterinary sector.
