Rod sits on the CSG Executive and is the National Head of Casualty Claims. He is responsible for both the strategic direction and financial performance of the Service Line.

Rod’s specialist area is health and safety and he has advised many clients in both the public and private sector. He has provided lectures to both clients and industry bodies on all matters relating to health and safety.

Rod has previously been a member of the National Health & Safety Lawyers Association, The Law Society and The Forum of Insurance Lawyers, where he served as National Treasurer for that body.

Rod has been ranked as a leading individual in the Legal 500 for both Defendant Insurance and Health & Safety law.
