Becky Hodgkins is an employment lawyer in our Leeds office.
She specialises in contentious and non-contentious employment law, including dealing with all types of claims including advising in relation to restructuring, TUPE and industrial relations issues, and providing employment law support in respect of the sale and purchase of businesses.
In addition, she conducts her own advocacy and regularly delivers employment law related training and seminars.
Becky's experience includes:
Acting for a Russell Group university in respect of multiple claims relating to employment status, and alleged less favourable treatment on the grounds of fixed-term and/or part-time working;
Acting for a large property and leisure management, development and regeneration company in respect of TUPE litigation arising from the insolvency of one of its suppliers;
Acting for a major infrastructure company in respect of a leading holiday pay case;
Completing a secondment to the in-house legal team at Royal Mail Group plc.
Becky qualified in 2000 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2011.
