Lifting the Lid: Rethinking Hormone Health, Equity and Performance

Lifting the Lid: Rethinking Hormone Health, Equity and Performance

📅 13 January 2026, 12:00 - 13:00 BST   📍 Online Webinar

DACB's Gender Equity Network (GEN) and the new Menopause, Menstruation and Menstrual Health peer-support group (3M), in collaboration with our Lifting the Lid series, invite you to a session featuring Sarah Davies. Since 2017, Sarah has pioneered workplace awareness of female hormone health, fostering inclusive cultures that enhance productivity and wellbeing.

Hormone health is not just an individual concern - it’s a workplace issue that affects performance, equity, and leadership. Hormonal changes influence how people think, feel, and perform at every stage of life. When organisations recognise and support these changes, they unlock greater wellbeing, engagement, and productivity across teams. Beyond the menstrual cycle, hormonal fluctuations affect nearly half the population throughout life, and when overlooked, the consequences ripple across families, teams, and workplace culture.

This session includes a powerful personal story from a young man whose mother’s 30-year struggle with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder led to institutionalisation and addiction - a misdiagnosis that highlights the urgent need for awareness and education. His experience underscores the broader impact of hormone health and the importance of informed, compassionate support.

RSVP to receive joining instructions via iCal and feel free to share this invite with any contacts who may be interested. Please submit any questions in advance to Client Engagement Manager,  Floor Martens.
