• Advising a well-known property credit fund on the bridging and subsequent takeout and development financing including a mezzanine tranche in respect of a large scale residential project in the South of England.
• Advising Gamesys Group plc (formerly known as JPJ Group plc) on its EUR196,000,000 acquisition financing of the non-sports and content business of Gamesys (Holdings) Limited.
• Advising independent housebuilder Backhouse on its £50m credit investment from alternative asset manager Cheyne Capital (structured through a joint venture) to fund its expansion and site acquisition strategy.
• Advising a leading foundation trust on a long term gilt linked financing from an institutional insurance investor.
• Advising a government affiliated entity on credit risk mitigation in connection with a policy lending platform.
