- Acting for a client with an extensive property portfolio. Dealing with the first claim bought by DLUHC pursuant to s.123 Building Safety Act 2022 for a Remediation Order. Plus dealing with a number of additional Remediation, Contribution and Building Liability Orders. The advice also relates to pursuing recovery actions against third-party developers, contractors and professionals.
