Toby is an Associate in our London office. He advises clients on a broad range of health and safety matters, with particular experience in handling complex and sensitive cases involving fatal incidents, inquests, and criminal prosecutions. Toby has acted in proceedings concerning Gross Negligence Manslaughter and breaches of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, supporting clients through investigations by the police, the Health and Safety Executive, and other regulatory bodies. Toby also advises on non-contentious matters, advises in corporate transactions and provides tailored training to clients.
