Each entity operates and carries on business as a separate legal entity (save to the extent that it is shown as a subsidiary of another entity). Each provides services in accordance with the relevant laws and professional regulations of the jurisdictions in which it operates.

Responsibility for the provision of services to the client is defined in the letter of engagement / other contractual document between the instructed entity and the client.

While some DAC Beachcroft personnel work, and/or collaborate, across entities, the entities themselves do not accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of each other. Unless otherwise agreed with a client, one entity is unable to bind another entity.
