The new office, situated near Southampton Central Station, supports DACB's hybrid ways of working and provides colleagues with spaces for collaboration, concentration and wellbeing. The look and feel of the office space echoes the firm's global headquarters at the Walbrook Building in London.
Heather Durston-Hillyer, DACB's Southampton Location Head, said, "Southampton has a lot to offer in terms of high-spec office space with excellent amenities and good transport links. A number of our clients, as well as other professional services firms, are also based there.
"DACB is committed to providing colleagues with flexible working arrangements as part of its Flex Forward approach and most of our colleagues work in a hybrid manner. This transition to a more adaptable workspace ensures we can continue delivering on Flex Forward, whilst also providing exceptional client service and minimising our environmental impact."
