Lifting the Lid: From Silence to Support – Understanding Invisible Disabilities

Lifting the Lid: From Silence to Support – Understanding Invisible Disabilities

📅 5 February 2026, 12:00 - 13:00 BST  📍 Online Webinar

As part of our Lifting the Lid series, and in collaboration with our Accessibility Champions, we warmly invite you to an open talk on invisible disabilities with Dr. Amrita Sen Mukherjee. A practising General Practitioner and specialist in workplace wellbeing, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership, she will guide us through why workplaces must replace silence with openness and support. Drawing on her lived experience of a hidden disability, she brings both clinical insight and personal perspective to this important topic.

Together, we’ll pause, reflect, and re-examine our thinking patterns — discovering how safe spaces empower people to share their physical and emotional realities without fear. Whether you live with a hidden disability, support someone who does, or simply want to deepen your understanding, this session will offer practical strategies to foster psychological safety, support colleagues with hidden disabilities, and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable workplace culture.

RSVP to receive joining instructions via iCal and feel free to share this invite with any contacts who may be interested. Please submit any questions in advance to Client Engagement Manager,  Floor Martens.
