    Richard is a senior partner specialising in large commercial disputes, international litigation and substantial professional negligence actions. He has advised on claims relating to banking fraud, evidence in foreign proceedings, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and regulatory proceedings.   He has specialised in disputes involving accountants' liability throughout his professional career.
