Biography
Cerys has a broad practice of litigation, advisory, and transactional matters. This includes running reputationally sensitive, high value, and complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims.
In addition to litigation, Cerys advises on the full range of employment law issues, including day to day advisory matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, and other HR processes, conducting workplace investigations, managing the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and advising on reorganisations and TUPE processes. Cerys also has significant experience of running international projects and coordinating advice across a number of jurisdictions.
Although Cerys’s practice spans a range of sectors, she has developed a particular focus on the technology sector through secondments to the employment legal teams of two global technology companies.
Cerys also spent four years as an elected member of the Management Committee of the Employment Lawyers’ Association, where her role was developing the Association’s provision for junior lawyers.
