Overview

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has announced the appointment of Rada Campbell and Roger Mackle as partners in its CSG business, further bolstering the firm's market-leading capability in complex, catastrophic and high-value injury claims.

Roger joins CSG's Motor Injury practice from Kennedys, which followed 16 years as a partner in the insurance division at Langleys Solicitors. Rada joins CSG's Complex Injury team, moving from Keoghs LLP where she was a partner for over 14 years. Together, they bring over 50 years of experience in defending catastrophic and high value claims for insurers.

Both are recognised for their deep technical expertise and strong understanding of clients' commercial priorities, and have advised insurers on some of the most challenging and technically complex injury claims. They are both vastly experienced in claims involving brain injuries, amputations, spinal cord injuries, fatalities, chronic pain and functional neurological disorder.

Craig Dickson, CEO of CSG, said, "We are delighted to welcome Rada and Roger as partners in CSG. Both are highly regarded specialists who bring exceptional technical expertise, strong insurer relationships and extensive experience of handling these complex, often very high-value injury claims.

"This double partner appointment reflects our continued investment in market-leading claims expertise and our commitment to helping clients navigate an increasingly complex claims landscape. Together with the recent arrival of Motor Injury partner Niall Edwards, Rada and Roger will considerably strengthen our ability to support insurers on their most challenging and strategically important claims."
