Richard Breavington, Rachel Ford and Daniel Guilfoyle join from RPC where they were partners in its Cyber & Technology Insurance team, which Richard led.
The appointments bring together two award-winning teams, both upper-tier UK Legal 500-ranked for data protection and cyber security, and make DACB the only law firm with two UK Chambers and Partners-ranked lawyers for Cyber and Breach Response.
All three partners have extensive experience of advising insurers and corporates across a range of industry sectors on high value and multi jurisdictional cyber incidents, data breaches as well as technology errors & omissions claims. Their expertise also spans coverage and policy wordings advice, privacy litigation and recoveries.
