    Morgan specialises in client account management and strategic operational advice.

    He has over 14 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including counter fraud, manufacturing, retail and leisure, and transport and logistics.

    Morgan specialises in client relationship management, strategic internal and external operational management, project management and installing training programmes.

    Within his claims advisor role Morgan has extensive experience in defending fraudulent claims made in the Motor, Employers’ Liability and Public Liability areas and has worked closely with Insurer Clients to install bespoke fraud prevention strategies.

    Relevant experience includes advising:

    • Two large insurers in his role as a client account manager. This includes developing relationships, advising on industry challenges and opportunities, claims strategy and operational support.
    • A large insurer on its counter fraud strategy, including working ‘in house’ beside the client’s operational leads to ensure delivery. This project included specific claims advice as well as guidance on strategy and training, working with all levels inside the insurer.

    Morgan is a member of CILEX. In addition, he is also an agent of DAC Beachcroft’s Innovations Lab, which drives insurance claims innovation through collaboration with clients and sits in the Operations Hub alongside the Chief Operations Officer, driving operational excellence throughout the Claims Solutions Group.
