  • Biography

Helen has over 20 years of litigation experience and specialises in insurance fraud.

Helen joined DAC Beachcroft in 2011 and is now a Legal Director within the DACB Casualty Counter Fraud Team managing the Team in Newcastle, which deals exclusively with the defence of Casualty Fraud Claims arising from Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.

Helen manages successful client accounts, each with dedicated resource and a strategy tailored to the specific objectives and counter fraud solutions for each individual insurer and is involved in business development.  She regularly delivers training on all aspects of Casualty Fraud to both insurer clients and public bodies.
