Helen specialises in motor fraud.

She has over 20 years’ experience of advising a wide range of clients across a range of sectors primarily involving personal injury and motor fraud.

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and during her career has worked in general litigation, housing disrepair, defendant employer’s liability, motor injury and, since joining DAC Beachcroft in 2009, in motor fraud.

Helen has extensive experience of investigating and defending all types of suspected fraudulent motor claims. She also has substantial experience of supervising fee earners and of client care.

Relevant experience includes:

• Defending suspected fraudulent claims made against insurance companies.
• Developing and managing the Proactive Litigation and Sanctions Team focussing on the recovery of payments and costs from individuals against whom a finding of fraud has been made.
• Pursuing committal proceedings.
• Providing training for clients on a broad area of subjects pertaining to fraud.
