Evan is Head of Bids and Client Innovation at DAC Beachcroft, where he leads the firm's high-performing Bids Team and drives initiatives focused on innovation, client growth, technology adoption, and continuous improvement to enhance client outcomes.

Working across the business, Evan helps shape the firm's approach to strategic opportunities, major panel appointments, and competitive tenders. With over 15 years’ experience in the legal sector, he has played key roles in securing significant client appointments across a range of industries. 

Evan’s expertise spans bid strategy, pursuit management, client value propositions, proposal development, and the development of innovative solutions. He collaborates with legal and business services teams to develop compelling client propositions and identify new ways to deliver greater value for clients.

Evan is also a member of the firm’s AI Committee and is actively involved in exploring how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies can enhance client service, improve service delivery, and support innovation for both the firm and our clients. He is passionate about helping organisations combine strategic thinking, collaboration, and technology to achieve better outcomes.
