Esme has extensive experience acting in the defence of civil claims and complaints against financial professionals and advising on insurance coverage issues.  

She acts for insurers, pension providers, IFAs, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, accountants, and other financial and insurance professionals in the defence of civil claims, regulatory investigations, and complaints before the Financial Ombudsman Service and Pensions Ombudsman.
