Sinéad is an associate on our Real Estate team and has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate practice in such areas as the development, acquisition, disposal and leasing of various types of properties. She represents corporate clients, developers, private individuals and investors on all aspects of a property transaction including the development of residential housing estates, financing and the onward sale of social housing schemes.

Sinéad also acts for corporates, developers, and both private equity and institutional investors in all aspects of landlord and tenant matters including the negotiation of commercial leases, agreements for lease, licences and ongoing property management of office, retail and industrial units.

Sinéad works collaboratively with the regulatory, corporate and litigation teams on property related issues including carrying out property due diligence and negotiating and drafting any property related documents.

Sinéad has an in depth knowledge and extensive experience in advising financial institutions, receivers, asset managers and private equity funds on the enforcement of security and insolvency related property matters including the appointment of receivers, disposal of large asset portfolios, mortgagee/loan sales, remediation projects and security/title reviews.
