Biography
Tim has extensive experience advising organisations across a range of sectors on emerging technologies and deep tech, including artificial intelligence and quantum technologies, helping clients navigate the commercial, regulatory and governance challenges associated with innovation and technology adoption.
Tim is a member of the City of London Law Society's Artificial Intelligence Committee, contributing to policy discussions on AI regulation and governance. He is also a regular speaker and commentator on technology, AI, and digital business matters.
Featured experience:
- Advising OneFamily on a significant digital transformation programme, supporting the migration from legacy infrastructure to a Microsoft cloud environment and negotiating key technology contracts with major suppliers including Microsoft and ANS Group
- Advising Jiva.ai on its commercial framework, including SaaS terms, reseller arrangements, and end-user licence agreements, supporting the growth and scaling of its AI platform
- Advises clients on complex technology and digital transformation projects spanning software development, licensing, data analytics, hosting, and outsourced services arrangements
