David is a catastrophic personal injury lawyer in our London office. He specialises in assisting insurance clients in defending high value personal injury claims.
He has a wealth of experience in dealing with catastrophic injury cases, predominantly concerning severe traumatic brain injury, subtle brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations and high value fatal accident claims, as well as some chronic pain cases. His case load includes motor claims, employer liability claims and public liability claims.
In addition to his day to day case work, David has also been heavily involved in civil justice reform, having been the President of FOIL for the year 2013/14. He has given evidence to both the judiciary and government on a wide range of issues, most notably including the discount rate.
David has been described in the Legal 500 directory as a ‘tactical thinker, with a wealth of experience and know how’.
David qualified in 2001 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2019.
