Robyn Reed

Robyn is a senior associate in our Healthcare Regulatory Team and also a member of the firm's SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Team.

Robyn has built up a wide range of experience from running his own criminal law solicitors practice for a number of years. His practice encompassed serious crime such as murder, manslaughter and fraud, as well as general crime and regulatory matters. He had a particular focus on financial related crime, including money laundering and the Proceeds of Crime.

Robyn is a member of the Law Society's Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme. As a criminal solicitor, he has extensive advocacy experience from appearing in the Magistrates Court, and also regularly attends with clients subject to PACE interviews under caution.

He provides advice to clients who are subject to investigation by the Police for corporate manslaughter and by the Health and Safety Executive for breaches of health and safety legislation. He also has experience of defending proceedings brought by other regulatory authorities including the Environment Agency and Trading Standards.

Robyn represents healthcare professionals and organisations at inquests and has provided advice and support to healthcare professionals appearing as witnesses at court
