Graham is a barrister specialising in insurance and reinsurance.
He advises on high value complex coverage issues arising on a wide range of policies, including Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Financial Institutions, Pension Trustee Liability, Commercial Crime, Product Liability and various excess policy forms, including the Bermuda Form. Many cases have an international element.
Graham also specialises in the defence of claims against professionals and other service providers in relation to their business activities, and also against Directors and Officers. Graham has considerable experience in relation to Corporate Service Providers and their Directors and Officers, often involving off-shore litigation.
Graham has in-depth experience of advising reinsurers on the issues that arise on facultative and treaty reinsurance claims.
In addition, he has written the Chartered Insurance Institute's monthly Legal Digest, contributed to various chapters in a leading reinsurance law text book, and regularly publishes articles in trade publications.
Graham also regularly lectures on current insurance topics and is always happy to attend at insurers' offices to provide training on insurance issues.
