    Anna Hart is a Partner in our Healthcare Regulatory Team.  Anna specialises in advising clients on a broad range of civil and criminal regulatory issues.

    Anna has experience of advising clients on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters including health and safety, corporate manslaughter and care regulation compliance.

    Anna has advised clients in the public, private and charitable sectors in relation to crisis management and regulatory investigations conducted by the Police, Care Quality Commission, Health and Safety Executive and Local Authorities and she is accustomed to dealing directly with regulators on behalf of clients. Anna frequently advises clients on managing relationships with regulators, the effect of enforcement notices and providing representation at interviews under caution. Anna has experience in conducting cases in the Magistrates’, Crown and Coroner’s Courts and before the Care Standards Tribunal.

    Anna also has experience of providing compliance advice and transactional support including drafting organisational policies and procedures, transactional due diligence and regulatory notifications and advising on compliance with new and existing regulation. She also frequently provides training to clients on a range of legal and operational subjects.

    Anna qualified in 2007 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2017.
