    Aidan Healy joined DAC Beachcroft Dublin in 2014, after having trained and worked with a large Dublin firm. He works primarily in the fields of regulatory and commercial law. He has extensive experience in sports law. 

    He is an experienced regulatory law practitioner and specialises in advising professional associations, professionals and insurers on regulatory issues, public law, fitness to practise, health and safety investigations, prosecutions and data protection, and cyber risk.

    In addition, he has an in-depth knowledge of the Houses of the Oireachtas and the legislative process. He regularly advises clients on existing legislation and on influencing the legislative process. He often assists clients in drafting submissions to Oireachtas Committees and public bodies.

    Aidan regularly advises sports organisations on both regulatory and commercial matters, including anti-doping, sponsorship and other commercial contracts, and litigation and dispute resolution (including the Court of Arbitration for Sport). 

    He also advises clients in a wide range of sectors on commercial contracts, and on specialist areas such as cyber risk and data protection.
