Gemma Conway elected Location Head of DAC Beachcroft’s Birmingham office

Overview

International law firm DAC Beachcroft is pleased to announce that Gemma Conway has been elected Location Head of the firm's Birmingham office. Gemma takes over from Paul Cox and will serve a three-year term, effective from 1 May 2026.

Gemma is a partner in CSG, DACB's wholly owned subsidiary business that provides specialist claims management and legal services across the Motor, Casualty, Property and Specialist product lines throughout the UK. She joined the business in 2013 and was promoted to partner in 2023.

Based at Tricorn House, the Birmingham office is CSG's largest location, with more than 350 colleagues based there. 

Commenting on her new role, Gemma said, "I'm proud to have built my career in Birmingham and to be taking on this role at such an exciting time for the office. My priority is to foster an environment where colleagues feel connected, supported and empowered to do their best work.
