DAC Beachcroft reappoints Anthony Perotto as Location Head in Italy

Anthony specialises in assisting national and international insurers and reinsurers across all aspects of insurance and reinsurance law, including complex coverage and liability disputes, multi-jurisdictional litigation, and arbitration.  He also advises on the drafting and interpretation of policy wordings, the development and refinement of insurance products, and associated legal and regulatory matters.  His deep technical expertise and longstanding market recognition make him one of the most respected practitioners in the sector.

Across Milan and Rome, Anthony leads a top-ranked insurance-focused team of 14 colleagues, including three partners.  DACB's expansion into Italy three years ago made it one of the first international insurance law firms to establish a permanent and fully integrated offering in the country.  Under Anthony's leadership, the Italian offices have strengthened the firm's position as a leading source of insurance expertise across Europe and globally.
