To help businesses navigate the immigration system, DAC Beachcroft has launched an immigration helpline which gives businesses the opportunity to have a free 30 minute discussion with one of our immigration specialists.
Accessing the helpline
The helpline is easily accessible by completing a short online form which can be found here.
Once we receive a form, a member of our team will be in contact to book an appointment. For urgent requests, same day appointments can be booked by specifying this on the form.
During the discussion we will be able to explore the particular query, obtain the relevant background and identify what advice may be required to progress or resolve the matter.
Areas of immigration law covered by the helpline
Currently, the helpline covers all of the following immigration matters:
- Sponsorship under the Points Based System
- Right to work
- EU Settlement Scheme
- Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)
- Tier 2 visas
- Tier 5 visas
- Start-up visas
- Innovator visas
- Global Talent visas
