Sara Eaton joined the clinical risk team on qualification in 2001. Over the last 12 years she has exclusively dealt with defendant clinical negligence claims, handling a wide variety of catastrophic injury claims, including head and spinal injuries, cancer and psychiatric claims.

She has been seconded to three large Foundation Trusts since qualification, developing a fundamental understanding of the way in which they work, and building on relations with existing clients.  

Sara advises both the public and private medical insurance organisations.
