  • Biography

    Rose’s practice focuses on complex disputes for employers within the financial services and commercial sectors, including a number of global investment banks.

    In addition to day-to-day employment issues including grievances, disciplinaries and reorganisations, Rose advises clients on employment regulatory issues, including remuneration arrangements. She also has extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations.

    Rose has been identified as an Associate to Watch by Chambers and Partners since 2022.

    Featured experience:

    • Defending a global investment bank on a widely-reported case involving trader misconduct and a claim for reinstatement 
    • Defending a claim worth £15m in back-pay arising out of the Forex regulatory investigations 
    • Defending a complex whistleblowing claim for a large financial services firm 
    • Conducting a significant cultural review for a wealth management firm, involving over 50 interviews
