Rebecca specialises in Construction and Engineering dispute resolution with over half a decade supporting and advising clients on contentious matters in the construction and engineering sectors.  Rebecca has experience in adjudication, arbitration (both UK and cross-border) and high value, complex litigation in the Technology and Construction Court as well as mediation and providing advice on strategic dispute avoidance in major projects.

Rebecca regularly advises on issues arising out of the energy sector (with a particular interest in the energy from waste sector), civil engineering and infrastructure as well as fire safety claims. 

Rebecca advises on the major standard for contracts including JCT, NEC and IChemE as well as bespoke contracts.
