Phil operates across group and sector leadership, with a clear link to the Executive Board agenda, translating firmwide priorities into clear plans for delivery, improvement, and change.

Phil brings broad experience in practice management, operational delivery, financial planning, pricing, resourcing, and performance analysis. He also plays a leadership role within the Practice Management team, setting direction, developing capability and ensuring the function provides consistent, commercially focused support across the firm. Working closely with senior leaders and business support functions, including Finance, HR, Business Development, and IT, he develops a clear understanding of group priorities, challenges thinking, and ensures decisions are supported by clear insight and commercial understanding.

His approach is collaborative, pragmatic, and commercially minded. Phil uses data and insight to improve decision-making, strengthen business planning, and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on enabling teams to deliver effectively for clients and the wider firm.
