Biography
Maria advises airlines, helicopter operators, ground handling companies, and maintenance companies, as well as their insurers and reinsurers.
She has defended major international airlines across their entire route structure and dealt with many major losses and subrogation claims. She has also provided advice to many airlines regarding the handling of major losses and provided training on handling major losses in the unfortunate event that a major loss occurs.
Maria also spent six years as Director of claims and legal affairs at insurer Amlin plc.
She has been rated Band 1 in "Aviation: Insurance" from Chambers & Partners since 2012.
