  • Biography

    Jo is sought out for her heavyweight Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation expertise, leading on complex and reputationally significant whistleblowing and discrimination claims. Recent work includes advising on high-profile and complex matters, such as reputationally sensitive discrimination claims, substantial whistleblowing claims (notably with regulated clients) and complex doctor disputes (including High Court proceedings). 

    Alongside litigation, Jo advises on the full range of employment law matters, including transactions and organisational change projects across the public and private sectors. Her experience includes managing due diligence exercises, negotiating bespoke contractual arrangements, and leading on restructurings and TUPE processes. Jo has also worked closely with clients on sensitive employee issues and board-level matters. 

    Jo delivers training across a wide range of employment law topics.
