Jane acts on behalf of NHS Resolution (formerly the NHS Litigation Authority) for Trusts and Health authorities across Yorkshire, as well as representing doctors and other health professionals through the MDU and other MedMal Insurers.

She has considerable experience in defending complicated medium to high-value clinical injury claims, including birth injury, acquired brain injury, spinal injury and high value fatal accidents claims amongst others. 

She has successfully taken a number of cases to trial and secured numerous discontinuances recovering costs for clients.
