Ian is experienced in advising clients across a range of property issues acting for both landowners and developers in residential development and strategic land. He has acted for top UK housebuilders and on a number of housebuilder joint venture matters for a top strategic land specialist.
Ian has experience on a variety of development work including negotiation of complex promotion and option agreements, conditional contracts, overages, both turnkey and phased development agreements and golden brick agreements.
He also has experience in dealing with complex title issues and multiple landowner site assembly documentation.
