Apprenticeship opportunities
As an apprentice with DAC Beachcroft you will be on your way to a career in your chosen area and have a real alternative to university. You will earn a salary and have no university fees to pay. You won’t be thrown in at the deep end; your training will be carefully planned and you will work in a supportive and rewarding team environment.
Legal
A legal apprenticeship is a great way to embark on a career in law. Through on-the-job learning (four days a week) and part-time study at BPP, one of the UK’s leading law schools, you’ll learn how to support our clients on live cases. Over two years, you’ll earn a salary and achieve a Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship qualification with no fees to pay. You could have the chance to progress onto the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship scheme too.
You’ll need at least three A-levels (96 UCAS points) as well as five GCSEs at grade C (or 4) or above, including English and Maths (or equivalents).
Business Services
Business Services apprenticeships are based within a number of our Business Services areas including IT, Data Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. As an apprentice you will have the chance to learn how a legal business operates behind the scenes and develop a wealth of practical and transferrable skills to support your future career.
You will need to have at least five GCSEs at A* to C grades, including Maths and English, as well as an interest in your chosen career area. You will also need to have strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and email.

Learning and development
Your skills, training, and professional growth will be carefully planned to ensure your success within our firm. You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, learning on-the-job as well as from expert colleagues, including partners, right from the start. As an apprentice, you'll have one day dedicated to study each week, with up to two additional revision days before your exams, along with ongoing support from a supervisor, a buddy, and our Early Talent team. They'll make sure you have the technical training and professional development to meet the ever changing requirements of the legal profession.
You'll not only contribute to the firm's success but also gain hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, a supportive learning environment tailored to your needs, and the opportunity to earn while you learn. Additionally, you'll enhance your employability through career advancement opportunities and build a professional network within the legal industry, connecting with colleagues and mentors who offer valuable support. The apprenticeship goes beyond acquiring technical skills, focusing on personal development attributes such as time management, teamwork, communication skills, responsibility, and confidence building, ultimately fostering your overall success in both your professional and personal life.
