• Successfully defended a firm of solicitors against a multi-million pound claim in the High Court concerning the underlying settlement of litigation in bankruptcy proceedings – Blower v GH Canfields LLP [2024] EWHC 2763 (Ch), which is to be heard in the Court of Appeal in December 2025.

• Acting for a large London firm in the defence of multi-party High Court proceedings concerning tax advice to a Jersey trust giving rise to a tax liability on a central London property of c.£8m.

• Defending a large number of law firms and their insurers concerning advice on buyer funded developments where the total quantum of those claims exceeded £20m.
• Representing insurers at arbitration in a policy coverage attachment dispute relating to multiple claims against a firm of solicitors where the quantum of the underlying claims totalled c.£80m.
