Rachael has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across the full range of contentious property issues, with a focus on complex landlord and tenant disputes and development strategy. She acts for a wide range of key clients including institutional landlords, property funds and REITS, commercial developers, local authorities and government bodies, and commercial tenants (both public and private sector). 

Rachael provides pragmatic, commercial advice and support to clients on all aspects of property disputes, from initial strategic advice and risk assessment through to litigation and settlement. 

Rachael has been a ranked lawyer in Chambers and Partners for 11 years and is listed as a Next Generation Partner by the Legal 500. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association and lectures widely on property litigation issues.
