Max regularly works on high profile, multi-party disputes across a number of insurance classes. These classes include: directors and officers (D&O), cyber coverage, professional indemnity and transactional liability.
Max specialises in high value warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance matters and in defending claims against professionals. He also has experience of conducting group litigation.
