Bhavini has experience in a wide variety of development work involving residential, commercial, mixed-use developments and regeneration schemes. She has acted for a range of the top UK house builders.  

Bhavini has dealt with an extensive range of transactions including complicated conditional contracts with sales, planning and clawback overage, option agreements, collaboration agreements, freehold reversion sales, affordable housing agreements and serviced land sale agreements.

She has also had experience in preparing the legal documentation for site assembly as well as dealing with a variety of complex title issues.
