International law firm DAC Beachcroft has been named as a supplier on all lots of the Government Commercial Agency's (GCA) Legal Panel for Public Sector Framework (RM6374), further strengthening the firm's support for public sector clients across England, Wales and Scotland.
The appointment builds on DACB's existing position on the RM6240 Public Sector Legal Services Framework and provides a wide range of public sector and third sector organisations, including local and regional government, health and social care, education, infrastructure, emergency services and housing bodies, with access to a broader range of legal services through a single, compliant route to market.
Under the framework, DACB has been awarded places on:
- Lot 1a: Full Legal Service Provision for all Public Sector
- Lot 1b: Full Legal Service Provision for Local Government and Local Communities
- Lot 1c: Full Legal Service Provision for Health and Social Care
- Lot 2: Focused Legal Support
- Lot 3: Litigation and Disputes
- Lot 4: Projects and Complex Advice, including PPP/PFI
- Lot 5: Transport and Rail
- Lot 6: Costs Lawyer Services
Through the framework, buyers can access advice spanning commercial and procurement, employment, litigation, projects and infrastructure, transport, real estate, health and social care, local government, housing and costs law.
