Will is an international dispute resolution lawyer. He specialises in handling large and complex insurance coverage disputes – often in litigation or arbitration - arising out of policies of energy, marine, transport, and property (re)insurance. 

In respect of energy risks, Will has experience of handling and litigating losses relating to offshore construction, control of well, delay in start-up, property damage/ business interruption, and associated liabilities arising from various insured assets including offshore platforms, mobile offshore units, pipelines, renewable infrastructure, and biomass facilities. 

As concerns marine and transport risks, Will's practice includes coverage advice and dispute resolution in respect of claims arising under policies of hull and machinery, innocent owners, shipyard liability, cargo, stock throughput, fine art, and jewellers block insurance. Will also frequently acts for (re)insurers in associated subrogated recoveries.
