Jonathan specialises in commercial dispute resolution and has experience dealing with a wide range of high value/multi-party contentious matters. He regularly advises on shareholder disputes, breach of contract, company disputes, professional liability, and issues of corporate governance and directors' duties.

Jonathan has a particular interest in cryptocurrency and technology disputes. He also co-leads London's Commercial Litigation Artificial Intelligence Working Group and has group-action experience having worked on Bates and Others v Post Office and the Dieselgate Emissions Scandal at a previous firm.
