Ben is the Senior Partner of DAC Beachcroft LLP. He previously led departments in the firm's Commercial, Technology and Regulatory group and in Litigation. 

As Senior Partner, Ben chairs the LLP Group Board, DACB's senior governing body responsible for setting and monitoring the strategic direction of the business.

Ben practices as a commercial litigator working across most industry sectors, with a particular interest in financial services, telecommunications and health. He specialises in complex litigation and injunctions, especially freezing orders, search orders and injunctions dealing with the misuse of confidential information, restrictive covenants, and data loss.
